This is a disgrace and an embarrassment for the SWAPO
party and the whole Nation. As a Namibian I am ashamed to the bone to
read THIS.
How on earth can people be elected as Parliamentarians when they don't have the faintest clue about how to behave in public. Etiquette is something one needs to be taught at home and if not there, then at least at school. Definitely NOT when being elected as an MP. That is a waste of public funds.
A person who does not know how to behave in public will constantly be an embarrassment, especially when such a person has to represent Namibia overseas. SWAPO should test it's people before electing them as MP's, not afterward.
