Gerrymandering in Namibia - the start of Dictatorship?

What is gerrymandering?
According to dictionaries it's drawing the boundaries of electoral districts in a way that gives one party an unfair advantage over its rivals.
Is it applied in Namibia

Most certainly it is.  The division of the country into regions as seen on the map clearly gives the ruling party an unfair advantage over its rivals. How? Even if the six southerly regions were all opposing the ruling party, there are 7 regions in the North ensuring the ruling party gets at least 2 more seats in the National Council against the possible 12 of the other six regions combined.
Looking at this map it becomes obvious why all development in the country takes place in those 7 northern regions, the traditional headquarters of the ruling party.

If one now combines this gerrymandering with the very obvious preferential treatment of supporters of the ruling party in the six southerly Regions, there just is no way to oust the ruling party by means of elections, even if we had just one opposing party.

Divide and rule is the motto of the 1% who want to take over the world.  Above map is a clear indication of who really runs our country by means of their puppets. Once those puppets have done their job, they're expendable and can just be eliminated. That's however what the puppets don't realize yet.

The audio below, though it's long, warns us about a possible dictatorship. It is disturbingly true and accurate and as another commenter to it said: "It is time to resist. It is time to rebel against unjust laws and politicians. It is time to dust off our spirit of resistance and opt out of the government's will over us."

If we do not wake up in time, NOW, and learn from others mistakes, we will end as slaves of those who want to take over the world.
